Due to the nature of research peptides and the importance of cold-chain integrity, all sales are final. Returns are not accepted once an order has shipped.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or differs from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the packaging and contents. We will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.
