Who we are
Emulsive Compounds is a brand operated by FPLL Holding LLC, FPLL Holding LLC, 7901 4th St N STE 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, USA.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. By using the site you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
Information you provide directly: your name, email address, shipping and billing address, order details, account credentials, and any messages you send us through the contact form or by email.
Payment information: card and payment details are collected and processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
Information collected automatically: when you visit the site we and our service providers may collect limited technical data such as IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and referring pages, through cookies and similar technologies.
Age-verification records: to meet our 21+ requirement we record that age verification occurred, along with a timestamp.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to: process and fulfill orders and send order-related communications; create and manage your account; verify eligibility (21+ and research-use acknowledgement); provide customer support; operate, secure, and improve the site; send marketing emails where you have opted in (you can unsubscribe at any time); and comply with our legal obligations.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who perform functions on our behalf, and only as needed to provide the service:
Payment processing, order fulfillment and shipping carriers, website and database hosting, email delivery, and analytics and advertising-measurement partners.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our customers or others. If our business is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your cart and age verification, and understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect site functionality.
We also use the TikTok pixel, an advertising-measurement tool provided by TikTok Inc., to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. It may collect device identifiers, pages viewed, and actions taken on the site (such as adding items to a cart or completing a purchase). Where order information is used for ad measurement, email addresses are hashed before transmission and payment details are never shared. You can disable the pixel entirely for your browser with one click on the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page; we also honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal automatically.
Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain order and tax records, resolve disputes, and meet our legal obligations, after which it is deleted or de-identified.
Data security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. We will respond to verifiable requests as required by law.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA)
California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used and shared, to request access to or deletion of that information, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information for money. We do use an advertising-measurement pixel (TikTok) that may collect device data, which can qualify as "sharing" under California law.
To exercise these rights, use the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page — it includes a one-click, per-browser opt-out that disables the advertising pixel immediately — or contact us using the details below. We also honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal as a valid opt-out of sharing. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Age requirement — not directed to minors
This site and its products are intended only for qualified researchers who are at least 21 years of age. The site is not directed to anyone under 21, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above, and your continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
